    1. How do I order?
    The approved and easiest method to order is through our online store. GCC does welcome your calls, faxes, and emails at anytime. GCC's corporate information is listed under the contact us. We are also always reachable toll free at 1-(800)-604-7000
    2. Can I bill business orders to my corporate office location?
    Once you have registered and submitted your business unit/cost center approver, your account will be setup for direct billing to your specific location. Invoices will be sent directly to you and it is your responsibility to process remittance for same invoices in a timely manner. GCC's corporate orders are invoiced with terms of net 10 days.
    3. Does GCC accept credit card orders?
    GCC does accept credit card orders. GCC accepts MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
    4. Are there additional items available from GCC, and are they available with logos other than what is shown on the Black Knight PromoShop pages here?
    Yes. GCC is able to brand products with the Black Knight logo, as well as other affiliate logos according to standards provided to us by your corporate headquarters. For additional ideas, please contact us at 1-(800)-604-7000. These items are available on a special order basis.
    5. What is the normal lead time for receiving merchandise after placing an order?
    Please allow up to five business days for UPS delivery except in Ohio where many locations receive next day delivery as standard. Overnight, 3 Day, and 2 Day service is available upon request at an additional charge. Please request this during the "checkout" process when placing your order. Items shown in the Black Knight PromoShop are available for shipment immediately and most orders received by 1 p.m. EST will ship the same day as we receive the order.
    6. Does GCC offer rush service?
    As items shown in the BlackKnightPromoShop are in stock for immediate shipment, the best way to speed up the receipt of your shipment is through upgraded freight service at an additional charge. Should you believe you need expedited service, you may either contact us prior to placing your order and speaking with our Customer Service Specialists or by designating your event or occasion IN HAND DATE in the Checkout process. Rush service must be requested at time of order placement.
    7. Does GCC offer volume discounts
    The Black Knight PromoShop has been designed to benefit all associates whether they need a few pieces or a few hundred pieces. This provides you with best pricing based on larger quantity purchases by GCC. For significantly large orders, please contact GCC for a special quotation.
    8. Are setups, shipping, and taxes additional charges?
    With items ordered from this site, there are no setup fees for you to pay. Shipping charges are additional and our preferred carrier is UPS offering ground, overnight, second and third day services based upon your needs. Other carriers may be utilized upon request. Where appropriate, sales tax will be added to your invoice.
    9. How do I return an item if it becomes necessary?
    Please examine items upon receipt. Returns or exchanges can be made only with prior authorization from General Commercial Corporation and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper identification and credit. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from invoice date.
    10. Who is GCC and is GCC an approved supplier for Black Knight?
    GCC (General Commercial Corporation) is an approved supplier for Black Knight for promotional products, advertising specialties, executive gifts, and premium promotions.
